SCRA is a federal law that provides protections for military members called to an “active duty” status. SCRA allows a balance between the servicemembers' military duties and financial obligations.

To identify if you currently or in the future qualify for SCRA protection, please contact your local Armed Forces Legal Assistance office. You may utilize the U.S. Armed Forces Legal Assistance locator to identify your local branch HERE. If you currently qualify for SCRA protection, please submit the following:

• A written request including your MINI Financial Services account number, email address, and a contact phone number
• The type of relief you are requesting per SCRA guidelines
• A copy of your Official Orders for review
