How do I register for the MINI Mobile site?

In order to utilize the MINI Mobile site, you need to be a registered user on the MINI Owners' Lounge. To register for a new account please go to

Can two people access the MINI Mobile site for one account if there are two registered users?

Some accounts may have both a holder and a co-holder which allows for two registrations for one MINI Financial Services account. You may access the account through either username.

How do I add my MINI Financial Services vehicle to my existing MINI Mobile username?

To add your MINI Financial Services links you must visit the MINI Owners' Lounge at and add your financial account by clicking on "UPDATE PROFILE". If you recently financed with MINI Financial Services it may up to two weeks to update our records to reflect your new account. Keep checking back.

What if I forgot my username?

If you forgot your username you can retrieve it on the "SIGN IN" page of MINI Mobile. Click on Forgot Your Username?

What if I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten your password you can create a new one. You can do so on the "SIGN IN" page of MINI Mobile. Click on Forgot Your Password?. You will need your Login ID, Birth date, Last Four Digits of Social Security Number, and ZIP Code.

What do I do if I get locked out of the MINI Mobile Financial Services site?

We have locked your account for security purposes since you have attempted to login to your account unsuccessfully five times. Your account will be locked for 30 minutes. If you cannot remember your password you can click on Forgot your password? on the "SIGN IN" page. If you reset your password you must also wait 30 minutes to attempt to login again.

Why was I asked to answer security questions?

You were asked to answer one of your security questions you selected during registration because you are accessing MINI Mobile through a new device. If you would like to bypass security questions in the future, click on "REGISTER THIS DEVICE" after answering the security question. If you ever delete cookies from your mobile device you will be asked to answer a security question again.

What is a cookie?

A computer cookie is a small text file with a unique ID tag, placed on your mobile device by a website. In this file, various information can be stored about the user, such as your username. When you revisit the site days or weeks later, the site can recognize you by matching the cookie on your mobile device with the counterpart in the site’s database.

How do I reset my security questions?

If you answer the security question incorrectly, you will be presented with a different security question. After three failed attempts you will be automatically prompted to reset your security questions.

You can manage multiple vehicles by clicking on the vehicle link found near the top of each page.

What if I don’t see my MINI Financial Services account on this site?

Confirm you are financed through MINI Financial Services and go to MINI Owners' Lounge at Click on "UPDATE PROFILE" to add this account to your MINI Mobile site.

How secure is this site?

All information in our possession requires a unique password and username to access it. With this password you can edit, delete, or add information you have shared while visiting our site. Additionally, all the information you include is secure while in transit to us. Any personal information you choose to share with us will not be disclosed to anyone outside of the BMW Family of Companies or our business partners who are contractually obligated to keep personal information confidential, unless required by law (see Privacy for details). We will never exchange or sell your personal information to any other company.

How do I know this site is secure?

Information you provide via electronic forms on the MINI Mobile website is secure and encrypted. In other words, it is scrambled en route and decoded once it reaches MINI Mobile. You may look for the letters "https://" at the beginning of your website URL in your phone’s web browser.

What are SSL certificates?

MINI Mobile uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your personal information such as Usernames, Passwords, and account information over the internet. Any information provided to you is scrambled en route and decoded once it reaches your browser.

Payment Questions

What forms of payment are acceptable on the MINI Mobile site?

You can make electronic payments using your checking account, savings account, or debit card. You are not able to make monthly payments with a credit card or money market accounts.

How do I know which network my debit card is part of?

Please view the back of your debit card to determine your bank's network.

Where can I find the routing number when I'm looking at my check?

The routing number is the first nine digits that appear on the bottom left hand side of your check. Please do not use the routing number on the bottom of a deposit slip, because it cannot be used for payments, only deposits.

Is my payment information stored?

Checking and savings account and debit card information can be stored for future use if you elect to do so on the "MAKE A PAYMENT” screen.

How do I schedule a one time payment?

Sorry, but you cannot schedule a future payment from MINI Mobile. Go to MINI Owners' Lounge at , and click on "YOUR MONEY". Under “PAYMENT OPTIONS” click on “MAKE A PAYMENT”, then select "SCHEDULE AN ULTIMATE PAY".

Once I make a payment can I cancel it?

You will not be able to cancel a payment once you click "SUBMIT" on Step 2 of the "MAKE A PAYMENT" screen.

What happens if my payment doesn't clear?

If your payment is returned, for any reason, you may incur a charge. (The amount varies by state.) As soon as you notice that your payment has not cleared, you can make corrections and re-submit your payment.

How do I set up re-occurring monthly payments?

Go to MINI Owners' Lounge, and click on "YOUR MONEY". Under “PAYMENT OPTIONS” click on “MAKE A PAYMENT”, then select “EASYPAY”. Enrolling in our EasyPay program has never been so easy. No more checks to write or due dates to worry about. The EasyPay program debits your bank account electronically each month on your due date. You will still get a monthly account statement confirming your EasyPay payment along with any other fees, and taxes. Sign-up once and you are ready to go! It's easy and it's free!
